Wonder Woman 1984 Hits Theaters and HBO Max December 25

Warner Bros. has decided to potentially change the movie industry forever on Christmas Day.  The highly anticipated sequel to the hit Wonder Woman film will release simultaneously in movie theaters and on HBO Max on December 25.  2020 has the entertainment industry (among all others) changing things up left and right and this one comes as a bit of a shock to moviegoers.  AT&T issued a statement via Twitter and all over various HBO, Warner Bros., and DC platforms stating that the film will be available at no extra charge for existing HBO Max customers, likely a lesson learned from competitor Disney and the controversial price for renting the live-action Mulan film earlier this year.

What do you think?  Is this a good thing for movies, TV, and comics?  Or should this just be a special one-time thing?  Hit us up on social media with your thoughts.
