
Dynamite Entertainment has announced that not only have they extended their licensing deal with NBC Universal for the Xena property but also that superstar writer Meredith Finch will be penning the book.
Set to launch in February of 2018, Xena # 1 is sure to be a huge hit! Superstar writer Meredith’s superstar husband and artist David Finch will be providing the cover art for the first issue.
“In an industry filled with strong female superheroes, Xena stands out as a woman who’s only super power is her sheer strength of will and character. She has overcome tremendous obstacles to become a beacon of hope for her people and readers alike. I could not be more thrilled to have the opportunity to add to her mythos.” Meredith said, in speaking about the new project.

October 4, 2017, Mt. Sounds interesting, I’ll definitely pick up issue 1 and check it out. Meredith Finch’s story in Zenescope’s The Little Mermaid was awesome, I’m excited to see where she takes The Warrior Princess.
