DC Universe Streaming Launching In Two Weeks

DCuniverseStreamingservice

DC UniverseDuring yesterday’s live broadcast on the DC Entertainment YouTube channel, we learned much more about DC Universe, the upcoming streaming service and, specifically, some launch dates. Kevin Smith, Jim Lee, John Barrowman, Hector Navarro, Tiffany Smith, Jim Lee and others all lent their opinions, time and expertise to the live broadcast, all set to the backdrop of an amazingly awesome Batmissile and a Superman suit from the classic mid-90’s Lois & Clark television show.

Appropriately, the service will launch in two weeks, on 9/15/2018, which happens to be the date set for the annual Batman Day celebration.  The cast also announced that Titans will launch next month on October 12th, 2018.

For a $7.99 monthly and $74.99 annual cost, fans will have access to an entire library of literary and cinematic content. It will included comic books that you can “watch” via panel and page modes, television shows and movies.  The show ‘DC Daily’ will cover it all in a daily roundup of news that will also include the CW shows, Kevin Smith announced during the presentation.

Oh, and we got a good look at the much-anticipated Young Justice show, which gave us a good look at Nightwing in his “dark” costume as well as the sound of Oracle through Nightwing’s earpiece. The scene took place in a warehouse in Markovia where Nightwing was on an unsanctioned mission to free prisoners that had been abducted for a Metahuman Trafficking plot.

To sign up, go here: https://www.dcuniverse.com/coming-soon/.  If you pre-order annual membership before the launch date of September 15th, you will get an additional three months free.

Alright enough writing for me, I’m off to sign up!
