Dragon Con Parade Cosplay – Part 2
Comicbooked.com’s Part 2 cosplay coverage for Dragon Con’s annual parade – wowed by the walkers! The crowd was fully engaged by 8:30 in the morning and triple body thick by 9 am! So many families from the local area crowded into the main Peachtree Street parade route and hunkered down.
Crowd Control Critical
Line jumpers were verbally tackled while smart folks brought chairs and watched morning events with a hot cup of joe. Eager parents pushed their children in front of the crowd and late rising costumers ran down the street, desperately trying to arrive at their designated meeting area prior to parade commencement.
Cosplay Was Intense
All genres were represented, and the ladies of Kiss were rocking’ the parade! Wolverine, Shield and the Blues Brothers brought their rides, Spamalot had a float, some crazy hyenas were running around the Mystery Science 3000 group while Star Trek folks kept eyes on the sky and roller derby comic girls teamed with the 300 men to keep things in check on the road!
Cosplay game was strong and cosplayers were intense! Keep an eye out for more Dragon Con 2015 floor shots in the next week! SO many magnificent costumes – editing is non-stop!
