Hulk Smash! Green Lantern Shines His Light!

Hulk

The Hulk And Green Lantern are my two of my favorite comic book characters. In a way they kind of reflect the two sides of my personality. The one side of me that just wants to just smash everything, and the other side of me that wants to shine his light on the world for the good of humanity. Welcome to my weekly column. Where I will be choosing two things each week. One I want to smash, and one I want to shine my light on.

This week Hulk want to smash, people who ask Stan Lee stupid questions.  Stan Lee is legend and deserve more respect.  People always ask him stupid questions, and even worse, nowadays often ask him questions that elude to his death.  This make Hulk angry.  Hulk not want to think about Stan Lee dying, just because people can’t ask better question.  When Stan die, Hulk will be very sad.  Hulk not want to think about that before it happen.  Mr. Lee was at Edmonton Comic & Entertainment Expo doing panel, and asked “What happens to the “Marvel Industry” after Lee dies?”.  RAAAAAGHHHH!!! Hulk want to smash puny questioner, just thinking about this.  Just like life, Marvel still go on without him.  We only not get his movie cameos anymore, and Hulk not want to think about that.  Stop asking stupid questions!  He interesting and nice guy, why not ask about him as person?  He even say recently, he would like more questions like that.  Stop being morbid, we all know he die someday.  We all die someday, unless you in comics, like Hulk.  Hulk not want to think about that before it happen!!

Think, before you ask Mr. Lee another dumb question!

Wow, people can be so insensitive sometimes.  Fear not my Emerald Empathizer, for there were a few great things about this week that can cheer us both up.  First Agents of Shield returned for it’s 3rd season this week.  Coulson and the gang are back, and we even got to see Lash for the first time.  As usual they know how to start the season off with a big bang, and have sunk their teeth into this light bearer once again.  Then next week we get my buddy Flash returning for his second season.  Tuesdays are once again the best night of television.   Marvel and Dc are both great, and you and I are proof that you don’t have to choose sides.  The only drawback is that The Muppets will now have to be relegated to Wednesdays, for me to watch on Hulu, as it starts the same time as Flash.  This is a sacrifice I do not like, but Flash and Agents of Shield are both worthy of this sacrifice at least.  Also adding to the magnificence of this week, Avengers: Age of Ultron was released on Blu-Ray, and The Martian hit theaters.  Squeeeee!!!…(ahem) I mean YES!!! It’s been a science fiction lovers dream of a week.

Stop fighting over which is better, fanboys and fangirls, and enjoy the fact we have so many good characters, movies and TV series to choose from these days. This is the golden age, enjoy it.

That do cheer Hulk up!  Hulk only sad now because he may not have time to see The Martian this weekend. Maybe we go see it Monday to cure any case of Mondays Hulk having.

That sounds like a great idea, my friend.
