Marvel has now announced, and made official not too long ago that The Punisher series will premier on Netflix in 2017. Now, we get to learn a little bit more about who will be on the show.
Additional casting details have been confirmed, fleshing out the cast of characters beyond Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher even further. Jason R. Moore will play a friend of Castle named Curtis Hoyle. Paul Schulze is onboard the show as a CIA operative. Jaime Ray Newman will play the wife of Micro. Michael Nathanson will be a Homeland Security agent.
Of these, Steve Lightfoot, EVP for the Show said; “We couldn’t have asked for a more talented group of actors to round out the cast of Marvel’s The Punisher,”
Jeph Loeb chimed in as well: “Marvel TV is very proud of the cast of The Punisher,”
Previously confirmed castings have been Ebon Moss-Bachrach as David Lieberman otherwise knows as Micro, Punisher’s loyal sidekick. Billy Russo (Who eventually becomes Jigsaw) will be portrayed by Ben Barnes and there will also be Dinah Madani played by Amber Rose Revah.
Dinah Madani and Sam Stein are Homeland Security agents and partners for the show.
