News just broke that AMC has renewed the hit television show for season 8, news broke on the official AMC Twitter page for The Walking Dead;
There are other periphery shows that are doing quite well and have also had news just revealed around them. One of them is called Fear The Walking Dead (returning in 2017 for a new third season) and features a band of survivors on the West Coast and in the northwest regions of Mexico struggling to survive.
AMC has now revealed and release the first part a new web-based mini series called Fear the Walking Dead: Passage. The show will last for 16 episodes. The previous web series, Fear The Walking Dead: Flight 462 eventually had an impact on the main Walking Dead mythos so it remains to be seen what will bleed over from this new series.
The Walking Dead returns for it’s seventh season on October 23rd, which is a Sunday. It will start at 9PM EST on AMC.
