It was a crazy June and July with lots of great Superman-related releases, but we’re back and better than ever with our weekly installments. The month of August was full of great stuff. • DC Universe: DC Spotlight: Shazam! – 5/5
  • DC Universe: Young Justice: Outsiders – 4.5/5
  • SyFy: Krypton – 4/5

My pick of the month: LOIS LANE!!!

So there you have it. Lots of great stuff going on in Superman-related books and other media. Tons of great news, previews, and upcoming releases as well. Bendis is leading the charge and taking the Superman family of books to a level that not only I love, but the masses also seem to be enjoying a gret deal. The Legion, the Justice Society, and a whole slew of others are making their triumphant returns, so who knows what’s (or who’s) next! But I have to talk about that Titans trailer and the end of Krypton. Krypton was a fun series and though it had its ups and downs, I’m certainly going to miss it. And I cannot wait for Superboy and Krypto to join the live action DC Universe! Oh, yeah, and Greg Rucka just killing it on Lois Lane. The guy can write, and he can definitely write women, but this is a top notch story. I hope it garners enough praise to talk DC into making it an ongoing book. Pure gold every month. But you all know that. What were your favorite books or shows this week? What are you most looking forward to in the upcoming weeks and months? Let us know on social media and we’ll continue the conversation there. See you back here next month for another installment of Super Sunday!
