SuperSunday is here! Happy Superman day, everyone! If the Man of Steel hitting theaters again (against the Dark Knight, no less) in less than a month isn’t exciting enough for you, here are some great reads and small screen adventures to keep you busy. This week was a good one, and here are my reviews:
Superman #49 – My Rating: 4/5
Supergirl 1.14: “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” – My Rating: 4.5/5
Dark Knight III: The Master Race #3 (of 8) – My Rating: 5/5
Justice League #48 – My Rating: 5/5
Justice League 3001 #9 – My Rating: 3/5
Superman: The Coming of the Supermen #1 (of 6) – My Rating: 4/5
Superman: Lois and Clark #5 – My Rating: 5/5
Superman/Wonder Woman #26 – My Rating: 4.5/5
…and my pick of the week is… SUPERMAN: LOIS AND CLARK!!!
I can’t wait to see what the end of the “New 52” brings for the Man of Steel… Convergence was fun, but only a hint of what I actually wanted to see. Lois and Clark (and Telos, for that matter) have been nothing short of incredible and I hope DC does right by the pre-Flashpoint fanbase they haven’t yet alienated completely and brings back Lois and Clark Kent, happily married with their son. See you next SuperSunday, everyone!
