Baturday: How on earth will “Endgame” end?

Baturday

So my comics came in this week.  And that was awesome.  And it was also great to get a double-reading schedule.  Oh, yeah.  And Amanda Waller was cast for the DC Cinematic Universe, starting with the Suicide Squad movie.  Another great week to be a Bat fan.  Here are my reviews of this week’s Batman-related releases:

Gotham 1.17: “Red Hood” – My Rating: 3/5

Batman #39 – My Rating: 5/5

Batman Eternal #47 – My Rating: 4/5

Arkham Manor #5 – My Rating: 3/5

Secret Origins #10 – My Rating: 4.5/5

Deathstroke #5 – My Rating: 5/5

Earth 2: World’s End #21 – My Rating: 4/5

Catwoman #39 – My Rating: 4/5

Gotham Academy #5 – My Rating: 4/5

Gotham by Midnight #4 – My Rating: 5/5

The New 52: Futures End #43 – My Rating: 4/5

…and my pick of the week: BATMAN!!!

So there you have it.  Another great week to be a Batman fan.  But seriously, though…  Has there ever been a better time to love the characters of Gotham City?  Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo are doing some fantastic things in the main Batman title on a monthly basis, but it seems like they might actually be giving readers a chance for a “jumping off” point.  Meaning, they might actually give the characters an actual “end,” so to speak.  Granted, that’s just not how the comic book industry works, but still.  What if they did…?  Anywho.  What are your thoughts?  Let me know your favorite (or least favorite) Batman-related moments from the week in the comments section below.  See you all next Baturday!
